6 Week Kundalini Yoga Series: Breakthrough Your Limitations

A daily practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation helps to process stored emotions and move them through the body. This processing frees you from debris from the past and allows you to live each moment with clarity and awareness.

Throughout this 6 weeks you can expect to:

  • Enhance your physical, emotional, and mental flexibility
  • Elevate the quality of your thoughts
  • View life and live from a variety of angles in each moment
  • Overcome disruptive habits and replace them with positive alternatives
  • Release stagnant memories and emotions that hold you back.

Regular class pricing applies. All classes are drop-in based, no registration required.

I teach workplace classes for groups of 8 or more. Please contact me if you are interested in classes for your co-workers.
