A Holistic Recovery Support Program for Eating Disorders
We are passionate about supporting you along your path to recovery. We will meet you where you are at and will provide you with practical tools for your recovery journey.
This program supports your individual needs. At the core of the 10-week program is recovery coaching which includes energy healing (Algonquin Shamanism), yoga, meditation and mindset reset tools. The initial visit is 90 minutes followed by 60 minute sessions. Each session has a theme and builds on the previous week. You will be given work to complete at home, such as a daily yoga, and meditation practice, as well as mindset tools you can implement.

Along with coaching sessions you are invited to explore the benefits from other services at Sage Wellness. These services are offered at an extra cost and may be covered by your health insurance plan.
Naturopathic Medicine with Dr. Kristy Lewis
After supporting 100’s of patients in their recovery from disordered eating patterns, as well as healing her own dysfunctional relationship with food, Dr. Lewis, has the training and experience to support you on your journey. Your initial appointment with Kristy involves a detailed intake where she listens, learns and begins to understand your unique, needs and goals. From this knowledge, she will create an individualized health plan. Some ideas about what your plan might include are restoring hormone balance, regulating blood sugar, optimizing digestive function, exploring sleep hygiene, managing nervous system reactivity and providing holistic nutrition plans. Naturopathic Medicine with Dr. Sarah Kristolaitis
Dr. Sarah believes in supporting all aspects of a person’s health-mental, physical, and emotional. She uses herbal medicine, acupuncture, diet and lifestyle counseling, and supplements (among a few other things) to address any concern you may have. Massage Therapy with Teresa McLean and Christine Northan
Experience the many benefits of Massage Therapy, including reducing stress hormone production in your body, improved relaxation, and sleep, as well as learning to heal your relationship with your body through gentle therapeutic touch. The therapists will work with you where you are at, working over clothes or only on specific body parts that you would be comfortable receiving touch such at the feet, head, and hands to start.
Osteopathy with Carolyn Smith DOMP
Carolyn is passionate about helping people get back to better health and feels osteopathy can benefit anyone! Osteopathy can enhance health and wellbeing through working with the musculoskeletal, nervous, and digestive systems. Common complaints she can help with include back pain, digestive issues, stress, headaches and much more. Sessions include hands-on manual therapy and life-style tips.
During the 10 weeks you will learn:
- The energetic correspondence to your eating disorder
- Mindset tools for stress reduction, emotional resilience
- How to interrupt negative habit loops
- Yoga and meditation practices to rewire your brain, strengthen your nervous system and balance your glandular system
- How to create a daily self-care practice
- How to unmemorize self-limiting emotions

- Energy Healing to heal the story that lives inside of you
- Healing on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual)
Who is this program for?
Anyone who wants a healthier relationship with food and who is committed to doing the work. Eating disorders include (but not limited to): anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, fear of certain foods, yoyo dieting. The program can also be helpful for binge exercising and body dysmorphic disorder.

Yoga, meditation and energy medicine have had and continue to have a tremendous positive impact on my life. These modalities helped me recover from years of disordered eating, negative inner narrative, and limiting beliefs. Yoga helped me inhabit my body. Meditation helped me connect with myself and spirit. Energy healing freed me from the negative stories and emotions that lived deep inside of me.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and discouraged. I deeply believe in the transformative power of these modalities and in the importance of connection. I have made it my mission is to help others recover from eating disorders by helping them spark new habits, rewire their brains and reconnect with themselves and spirit.
