My yoga journey began in January 2000. After my first class I knew that I wanted to teach yoga to share its wonderful benefits. I am a certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher. My goal as a teacher is to help people realize that yoga is more than just a practice on the mat… it’s a tool for life!
