Yoga class of the week – Whole body tune-up

For many it’s back to work after a few weeks or days of Holidays. Maybe you haven’t followed your regular self-care routine of eating well and exercising and are feeling the effects. This yoga sequence will help stretch and strengthen the whole body including bodily systems such as the circulatory, immune and nervous system.

I = inhale E = exhale
H = hold
D = dynamic movement with breath
1:2 breath = exhale twice as long as inhale
