Child’s pose with a triceps stretch

This is one of my favourite variations of child’s pose.

From a table pose, on hands and knees, bring your seat back to your heels and extend your arms forward and hands together into prayer. Bend your elbows and bring your hands behind your head. Your elbow can be on your mat or on a block or two for a deeper stretch across the shoulders and triceps. Stay in the position as long as you like.
